Pulsar Helium Inc. Npv (di)
The Force In Primary Helium.
a. Pulsar Helium Inc. is a primary helium exploration and development company with first-mover positions in two new helium provinces: Minnesota, USA (Topaz Project) and Greenland (Tunu Project). Pulsar is quoted on AIM (PLSR)and listed on the TSX-V (PLSR) and OTCQB (PSRHF). The Topaz Helium Project in Minnesota, USA, has delivered sustained helium concentrations of 7–8%, significantly above the ~0.3% commercial threshold for project viability.
a. Operational progress (2025): In August 2025, Pulsar reported a step-change in Jetstream #1 performance following deepening to 5,100 ft, with natural (unassisted) flow of ~501 Mcf/d—more than three times the peak natural rate seen in 2024—and dry gas with no formation water. Subsequent testing under wellhead compression delivered ~1.3 MMcf/d, providing key data for production-facility design. Pulsar has signed an MSA and drilling contract with Timberline Drilling Inc. to execute up to ten core wells at Topaz, with drilling scheduled to commence late September 2025; Chart Industries (NYSE: GTLS) is modelling production scenarios for helium (and associated CO₂) using the new dataset.
a. Funding and balance-sheet support: On 29 August 2025, Pulsar closed a fundraise of £3.72 million gross (issue price £0.23), with proceeds directed to the Topaz multi-well drill programme, a preliminary economic assessment and a resource update. On 15 August 2025, University Bank (Michigan) delivered a non-binding expression of interest for up to US$12.5 million in project financing for a helium processing plant at Topaz and extended Pulsar’s existing US$4 million line of credit to 30 November 2026.
a. Strategic growth: On 2 September 2025, Pulsar announced a non-binding term sheet to acquire up to 100% of Quantum Hydrogen Inc., which holds 59,100 gross acres of non-hydrocarbon gas mineral rights west of Topaz. Completion would represent an approximately 1,000% increase in Pulsar’s Minnesota acreage and create an additional and extensive geologically analogous exploration footprint while the Company remains focused on delivering Topaz toward production.
a. Outlook: Pulsar’s near-term priorities are to execute the Topaz multi-well drill programme, advance processing plant planning, and continue developing partnerships to support the pathway from appraisal to production.
