Failure to comply may also lead to civil or criminal penalties, including whole or partial suspension or termination of any government awards, and/or suspension or debarment from contracting with the respective agencies. In addition, the U.S. government adopts new laws, rules, and regulations from time to time that could have a material impact on our results of operations.
